Shipping Policy
How does shipping and delivery work?
- Once an order is placed, we will carefully collect your item(s) and package it, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick up and pack your order.
- In the case of personalised items with names/dates this could take up to 5 days as we first have to embroider your customisation before packing.
- Please keep in mind that our production time can increase depending on demand.
- All orders are sent when all the item(s) are ready in full - this means that if you have a personalised item in your order, we will wait until that latest item is available and then send your order out.
- You can expect your parcel within four (5) – nine (9) working days.However if you choose our Express Shipping you can receive between 3-5 business days. (Ireland only)
- When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking button. This way, you can keep up with the real-time tracking updates, yay!
- If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. But don't worry, we can reship once we have confirmed an updated address! Please note: In this case, you will be liable for reshipping costs.
- You are fully responsible for any duties or extra taxes on non-European shipments.
- If your order does not arrive within twelve (12) working days, please contact us at the following email address contact@noadbrand.com so that we can follow it up with the courier and help you get your beautiful order.
Wondering what areas we deliver to?
- We're happily delivering to Ireland, US, the UK, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden and Spain. If your address is located in any of these places, you're in luck!
- If another country is your destination, don't despair - we're always evaluating ways to expand our delivery regions. Send us an email to contact@noadbrand.com with your country request and we'll see what we can do. No guarantees, but it can't hurt to ask!
Getting a little worried about where your order might be?
- We know the waiting game can be nerve-wracking! We quoted four (4) to nine (9) working days for delivery; but, occasionally, unexpected events prevent them from delivering within this window. Your tracking number may update to reflect a “delayed” delivery date if this is the case. If your item still hasn't been delivered within twelve (12) business days, please contact us at contact@noadbrand.com.
- Please note: Once we pass your item(s) to our courier, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues are beyond our control and need to be investigated by our courier. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. In the meantime, try to stay calm (I know, easier said than done!). Rest assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
Oops, did you realize you need to change your shipping address?
- No problem, we're here to help straighten things out! If your order was placed less than 2 hours ago, we can change this for you. We can help change your delivery address, email, or other personal details. Please send us the new details and quote your order number to contact@noadbrand.com.
- If it's been longer than 2 hours - you can still email us the new details and we will do our best to make sure your package doesn't end up in the wrong spot.
- Please note - we can only send your order to the address you provide on your order. If you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it and do not take responsibility for it. So please double check your address carefully!
- Our job is making sure your goodies arrive safely. So if an address change is needed, please let us know right away and we'll take care of the update for you.
