Usually you will receive your order between 6-9 business days (Flat Rate). However if you choose our Express Shipping you can receive between 3-5 business days. Please check our Shipping page for more information.
Note: If you order multiple items in a single order, items may ship from multiple locations depending on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your full order as fast as possible. Please check our Shipping page for more information.

Yes, we currently ship to Ireland, US, United Kingdom, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden and Spain.

If your country or region is not mentioned, please feel free to reach out to see if we can work out the details.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. We are able to reship once we have confirmed an updated address. Please note: In this case the customer will be liable for reshipping costs.

Note: That customised sweatshirts orders can't be refunded given the personalized nature of the product unless they are damaged.
A refund request must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received.
For all products that arrive damaged we sent a replacement no question asked. Any claims must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. To be eligible you just need to send photos of the damaged parts.

Whenever a customer exchanges a product, the customer covers the return shipping costs. Replacement shipping costs are handled by us, however.
We don't do refunds in these cases, but we do exchanges, yay! If you are not happy with the colour or size you can swap for a different variant of the product. Check our return policy for more information.
