Return & Exchange Policy
What is your returns policy?
- We offer returns for 20 days from the date your order is delivered/received. However, not all items are eligible for return. Any products excluded under our return policy will be noted on product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 20 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition.You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
2. Note: When you are returning an order, all costs are handled by you. But when you order a replacement, we offer the shipping.
3. Note that customised sweatshirts can't be returned given the personalized nature of the product.

Do I have a refund for a returned product in case of wrong color or size?
In cases of wrong colour or size, we don't do refunds, but we do exchanges. This means, that if you are not happy with the colour or size you can swap for a different variant of the product within 20 days from the date your order is received.
What happens if the item is damaged?
- When an order is damaged, we will take care all the costs for the return. No questions asked!
- You must provide a photo of your item/s so we can assess the condition.
